Fleur Record Smith
I’m a business leader turned sustainability consultant, bringing hands-on experience, practical know-how, and technical expertise to help companies make sustainability work in the real world.
I founded an award-winning, B Corp-certified business that became a leader in sustainability, so I know what it takes to turn good intentions into real impact—especially for small and medium-sized businesses.
With an MSc in Sustainability under my belt, I’ve worked with clients across logistics, advertising, retail, and hospitality to improve their environmental and social impact—and turn those improvements into opportunities for growth. I’m also a certified B Leader and have guided several businesses through B Corp and EcoVadis certifications.
